1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Hello Doc Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully as they are a binding agreement between You and Hello Doc, Inc. (if you reside in the United States) or Hello Doc Limited (if you reside outside of the United States). Both Hello Doc, Inc. and Hello Doc Limited are referred to as “Hello Doc” in these Terms. By accessing or using any website or page that links to these Terms (“Website”), including www.hellodoc.com, or by using our services, such as online doctor consultations, appointment bookings, medical reports, and health record management (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with applicable laws, including healthcare and data protection regulations. Hello Doc also offers certain services pursuant to separate manually or digitally-executed agreements.

The Website contains a variety of information and resources, including but not limited to service descriptions, text, images, medical reports, health records, testimonials, logos, forms, communication forums, and other tools (collectively, the “Materials”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website, Services, or any Materials contained therein.

2. Accounts

To access certain areas of the Website or Services, book consultations, manage health records, or create an account, you may be required to provide information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All information you provide to Hello Doc, as well as information collected about you during your use of the Website or Services, will be governed by Hello Doc’s then-current Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords. You agree to be solely responsible to Hello Doc for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Hello Doc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting us at support@hellodoc.com.

3. Materials

The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. No license or other rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, you may use the Materials solely for personal, noncommercial purposes related to accessing healthcare services. Unless expressly authorized by Hello Doc or permitted by law, you may not copy, publish, display, distribute, alter, or create derivative works of any Materials. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on any Materials. Services described in the Materials may not be available in your geographical region, and service descriptions are subject to change at Hello Doc’s discretion.

If you are a journalist, you may use images available for download from the Hello Doc Media Resources section of the Website in professional publications to highlight Hello Doc, its services, or healthcare offerings, provided proper attribution is given.

4. Submissions

You are entirely responsible for anything you upload, post, display, or otherwise transmit to or via the Website or Services, including but not limited to health information, feedback, reviews, or suggestions (“Submission”). You agree that you own all rights in and to any Submission or have obtained the necessary rights and/or permissions to make the Submission. Each Submission must comply with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy, which prohibits content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates patient confidentiality.

You grant Hello Doc, its affiliated companies, and sublicensees a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute any Submission for purposes of providing, improving, or promoting the Services. Hello Doc is not obligated to post or use any Submission and may remove any Submission at its sole discretion.

5. Hello Doc Web Services APIs

If Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are available on the Website without a separate license agreement, Hello Doc grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited license to use the APIs exclusively for integrating with Hello Doc Services for authorized healthcare purposes. You assume all liability resulting from your use of the APIs. Hello Doc makes no commitment to the continued availability of APIs, and you have no rights to version enhancements or support. Hello Doc may revise or discontinue APIs without notice at its sole discretion. Copying or reproducing APIs for further redistribution is expressly prohibited.

6. Hyperlinks

Hello Doc is not responsible for third-party content or linked websites provided on the Website, such as external payment processors or health service providers. The provision of any link does not imply Hello Doc’s endorsement of the website and is provided only as a convenience. You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Use of the Website, Services, and Materials is at your own risk. All Materials and Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever.
