If you are a journalist, you may use images available for download from the Hello Doc Media Resources section of the Website in professional publications to highlight Hello Doc, its services, or healthcare offerings, provided proper attribution is given.
You are entirely responsible for anything you upload, post, display, or otherwise transmit to or via the Website or Services, including but not limited to health information, feedback, reviews, or suggestions (“Submission”). You agree that you own all rights in and to any Submission or have obtained the necessary rights and/or permissions to make the Submission. Each Submission must comply with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy, which prohibits content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates patient confidentiality.
You grant Hello Doc, its affiliated companies, and sublicensees a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute any Submission for purposes of providing, improving, or promoting the Services. Hello Doc is not obligated to post or use any Submission and may remove any Submission at its sole discretion.
If Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are available on the Website without a separate license agreement, Hello Doc grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited license to use the APIs exclusively for integrating with Hello Doc Services for authorized healthcare purposes. You assume all liability resulting from your use of the APIs. Hello Doc makes no commitment to the continued availability of APIs, and you have no rights to version enhancements or support.
